1. PRESENTATION

The website vladinsk.com is operated by Louis Gibiard, an independent illustrator based in France. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of original ballpoint pen artworks and high-quality prints.

2. PRODUCTS AND AUTHENTICITY

  • Originals: Each original drawing is a unique piece, handcrafted by Vladinsk. Due to the nature of ballpoint pen art, slight natural imperfections may exist, contributing to the artwork's authenticity.

  • Prints: Reproductions are sold as limited or open editions. Technical specifications (paper weight, ink type) are detailed on each product page.

  • Colors: We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are listed in Euros (€).

  • For international orders outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal. Order fulfillment begins only after payment confirmation.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Handling: Original works are packaged with extreme care (acid-free sleeves, rigid tubes/folders).

  • Tracking: All orders are shipped with a tracking number.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance. Vladinsk is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Copyright: The purchase of an artwork (original or print) does not transfer copyright.

  • Louis Gibiard (Vladinsk) retains all rights to the image, including the right to produce prints of an original work after it has been sold, unless a specific exclusivity agreement is signed.

  • The buyer may not reproduce, scan, or resell the image for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Prints: Under EU law, you have 14 days to return a print in its original condition for a refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Originals & Commissions: Given their unique and fragile nature, sales of original drawings and custom commissions are final and non-refundable, except in cases of damage during transit.

  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact vladinsk.pro@gmail.com within 48 hours with photographic proof of the packaging and the artwork.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by French Law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
