Shipping & Returns

I take the utmost care in preparing your order to ensure that each artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (sauf commandes particulières) (répetitions). For custom commissions, the timeline will be discussed individually.
Packaging: * Originals: Shipped flat in reinforced heavy-duty cardboard. (est-ce légal de l’enlever ?) ça va dépendre de la personne qui envoie
- Prints: Shipped in protective sleeves and rigid mailers or tubes.
Shipping Method: All orders are shipped from France via [La Poste / Colissimo / UPS] with a tracking number.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Prints: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
Original Artworks & Custom Commissions: Due to their unique and fragile nature, all sales of original drawings are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Despite our careful packaging, accidents can happen during transit.

Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the unopened box and the damaged artwork immediately. Contact us at vladinsk.pro@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Loss: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office before reaching out to us.
